PLC S7-300 là gì ?
PLC S7-300 là một bộ điều khiển logic programable (PLC) được sản xuất bởi hãng Siemens AG, có khả năng xử lý nhanh, đáp ứng các yêu cầu kiểm soát và quản lý của các hệ thống điều khiển tự động trong các ứng dụng khác nhau. PLC cũng hỗ trợ nhiều tính năng, giao thức kết nối và các tùy chọn mở rộng khác để đáp ứng nhu cầu của người dùng
Đây là một trong những bộ điều khiển PLC Siemens phổ biến và được sử dụng rộng rãi trong các ứng dụng công nghiệp để điều khiển và giám sát các quá trình tự động
Để lập trình thiết bị, bạn có thể sử dụng phần mềm lập trình STEP 7 của Siemens. Phần mềm này cho phép kiểm tra và sửa đổi chương trình điều khiển của bộ PLC, cũng như tương tác với các thiết bị khác như máy tính, máy móc, cảm biến và hệ thống điều khiển khác.

Thiết kế cơ bản của PLC Siemens S7-300 bao gồm:
- CPU (Central Processing Unit): Đây là trái tim của thiết bị này, nơi chứa chương trình kiểm soát quy trình và thực hiện các tác vụ lập trình. CPU cũng quản lý việc giao tiếp giữa các module khác nhau.

- Module giao tiếp (Communication Modules): Đây là các mô-đun cho phép PLC S7-300 giao tiếp với các thiết bị ngoại vi khác như HMI, mạng công nghiệp, máy tính,…
- Thanh rail : Tất cả các mô-đun trên được lắp vào thanh rail cố định trong tủ điện. Kích thước của thanh rail phụ thuộc vào số lượng mô-đun cần lắp đặt.
- Đầu nối (Front Connector) : Các đầu nối được gắn vào mặt trước của các module I/O, sau đó các kĩ sư sẽ nối dây điện vào đúng ngõ vào ra mà họ đã lập trình sẵn.
Đầu tiên, ta lắp thanh rail vào tủ điện đã thiết kế sau đó cố định CPU và module đã chọn vào thanh rail, đồng thời vặn ốc và siết chặt để thiết bị cố định chặt với thanh rail.
Sau khi đã cố định thiết bị, ứng với các module I/O bạn hãy lắp vào các front connector tương ứng, sau đó sẽ nối dây đến các thiết bị đã cấu hình khi lập trình, kết nối CPU với HMI hoặc thiết bị nào đó cần hiển thị thông số.
